In spring 2020 Sips Panels Ltd. were appointed to deliver the super structure of the New Cullum Centre at Canterbury Academy, Kent.
SPL designed, manufactured and installed a Hybrid 2 storey SIPs structure for main contractor BEC Construction.
The structure employed high performance load bearing SIPs to create the external wall, with internal timber frame walls and timber roof cassettes.
The structure also incorporated PCC hollow-core separating floor and PCC stairs with the SPL package.
SPL delivered the package on programme within 8 weeks with follow on trades commencing even sooner.
