Sips panels was introduced though an oak company that we worked for many years. The scope was to wrap the big oak frame. We used a 150mm panel for the walls and 175mm panel on the roof. The great thing with oak frame wrap is because the frame is structural you don’t have to supply and internal load baring walls. This leaves the client with being able to change their mind on position of internal walls. The sips build of this project was 5 weeks with a 550sqm floor area.
